Administrative Assistant:
- Running errands including Pickup/Drop Offs - Ordering office supplies - Scanning in documents - Composing marketing materials - Organizing the office and performing visual management duties - Typing letters - Data entry - Light bookkeeping - Other duties as assigned
Requirements: Experience in administrative role is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who is open to working on a variety of tasks and be a positive team player. QuickBooks a plus!

Payroll Position:
- Process Multiple Payrolls both Large & Small- Process New Hire Paperwork including deductions, withholdings, etc. - Process Monthly EFTPS- Quarterly Reporting- Payroll Audits- Reconcile Payroll Liabilities- Working directly with management in producing a high level of payroll policies and procedures - Constantly providing insight and process improvements to management - Other duties as assigned to assist shareholders

Requirements:To be considered for employment and be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, 2+ years’ experience in Payroll and be open to various payroll software. Deadlines are a constant player in the accounting world so the ability to prioritize and adjust is a must.

Accounting & Bookkeeping Assistant Position: - Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable - Code and reconcile various accounts - Request W9 & various documents to keep clients up to date - Miscellaneous other bookkeeping duties as applicable to each client’s specific needs - Administration duties for both Premier Bookkeeping & Business Services as well as our clients. - Positive attitude, willing to jump in and great customer service are absolute musts in working with our outstanding clients.

Senior Level Professional Position: - Completing all levels of monthly bookkeeping for our clients including general ledger, payables, receivables, payroll, invoicing, inventory, fixed assets and other areas - Preparing and reviewing monthly Financial Statements - Preparing and filing sales, use & excise tax returns - Assisting in managing and reviewing employee work - Handling multiple clients with ease - Working directly with management in producing a high level of accounting/bookkeeping policies and procedures - Constantly providing insight and process improvements to management - Other duties as assigned to assist shareholders
Essential skills of the Senior Level Position:

Requirements:To be considered for employment and be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, 5-7 years’ experience in bookkeeping and have an advanced knowledge of QuickBooks.
